EVO Tire carrier pin?

Has anyone upgraded their rear tire carrier pins to something with a ball detent and button? If so, do you have a part number to order? Also has anyone used safety wire or some other method to keep them from growing legs and walking off in parking lots?

I know exactly what your looking for but couldn't find anything that looked decent so I ended up with a hitch receiver lock.

Pretty rare to have someone "walk away" with a 37/40" tire... But I have seen some weird shit!

Saw this as a lawn mower hitch pin but have no idea if it's the same specs/diameter as a standard hitch pin

Does it take a 5/8" pin or 1/2" pin? How long does it need to be?

OK here are measurements of pin from tractor supply

Shaft excluding red part is 4.25 inch
With red is 4.75

Hard to measure (tapers on end) but diameter seems be 1/2 inch ...

Pins that came w evo ones are better than TS ones

Must be another east coast problem, I get maybe 6-8 months out of them.
