Evo rock skins install, help?

Patience goes a long way when installing these. I have done 2 sets now and I suggest just playing with it and continue working the skins around. It's honestly not going to be perfect but you can get it pretty close. I think as long as it's mounted squared up the the body then the gap is the least of your worries. I might have about a 1/4 gap in the rear maybe more. Just filled it in with silicon.

These are the only photos I have right now but I'll see if I can find more on my computer later. It at least shows the position of the ratchet straps. Clamps very depending on how it starts to line up.

Ok, I think I got it as good as its gonna get. What I figured out is after looking at tons of pics of others installs on the net I had the skins in the right spot but that flat tab at the top with the hole in it that is supposed to hide the gap I believe was put on in the wrong location on the skin. So my plan is to grind the weld off of that tab, remount the skin, and then place the tab in a perfect spot to close the gap and weld it back on. Problem solved there....

I am wanting to get a super simple high clearance rear bumper to clean everything up back there. I do not however want to buy something just to have it not fit because of interference with the spare tire. Can anyone out there tell me what kind of clearance there would be with a 40 x 13.5 tire back there? is there room or do they not sell this setup with a bumper for a reason?
