EVO JKU Fenders

Just got my EVO front fenders in. Is the outer edge supposed to look like this? I was expecting it to have some sort of weld/bead to make it look more finished at the part were it meats the tube.

You powder coating? What if you just eased the edge with some sandpaper? Maybe if its welded the line wouldn’t look as clean..

my poison spyder flares look similar with the welds underneath. I guess it help that some folks powercoat them two separate colors.

Yup! Gonna powdercoat them as soon as the rears show up.

Exactly, it looks like shit. It also would cost a hell of a lot more if the edge was welded.
