EV Awesomeness

From another site...

Ford CEO Jim Farley announced the company is cutting production of the electric F-150 Lightning and refocusing its investment on hybrid vehicles and affordable EVs.

Also, "...Farley said the move will allow Ford to realize more of its upside potential, saying, We think this is a better play for our company and for our shareholders."

And, "Rather than spend billions more on these large EVs that we had planned that have no path to profitability, we're going to pour our investments into higher margin areas."

I understand making money for shareholders is top priority, but at least pretend to appeal to the wants of your customers, but not a single word on that.

I think what’s crazy is that there is an equal number of charging stations in Vegas as there is in Austin lol

Regardless, I still recommended that car buyers with political beliefs left of center invest heavily in EVs. The world is growing hotter every year and this is the only way to save it!

Buyers should be required to buy a grave-stone in advance and carry it in their frunk, in case they are needing immediate burial.

"Tavares was forced out in 2024 after U.S. sales plunged, where Stellantis is exposed because of its reliance on sales of high-margin Jeep and Ram pickups."

As in, they were subsidizing their EV program on the backs of Jeep and RAM. Who would have thunk that would have skyrocketed the cost of both those brands? Guess that means they can bring down the prices of Jeeps to something more realistic again now, right? NOT
