Is that for onions? That is hugeOh yeah, thing is massive and no way I'd be buying something like that. The corporate farms have a fleet of these things. Well, along with a ton of other stuff you'd think is more than enough LOL

The cost of that just blows me away. Don’t see how they manage the cost and maintenance.
They don’t. You do. Thank the government subsidies. The cost of that just blows me away. Don’t see how they manage the cost and maintenance.

That’s like a million dollar tractor. So unnecessary.
My dad used to deliver fuel to farms all over Southwest Michigan. One time we were going around and filling the tanks for the irrigation pumps. We went into the middle of a corn field and the biggest 8 wheel drive bend in the middle John Deere we had ever seen was running the pump. Later we asked the farmer about it and he said he had to buy it the year before because he was going to get killed with taxes, his tax lady told him he had to buy something really expensive before the end of the year. He had no use for it other than a tax write off. This was in maybe 1982 and it was around $500K then. That’s like a million dollar tractor. So unnecessary.
Awesome shots!

Thank youAmazing place. Congrats to you both. Looks like the garden you spoke of in the initial post is paying dividens nicely.
Damn, that sucks. The struggle is real and so far, what we've found that it's kind of important to grow more than you need as you will loose a percentage to the pests. For us, it's the ground squirrels that do the most harm. Traps have helps with them and netting has helped with the feathered thieves and even bugs.Wow.
Nice haul!
As per usual. Our garden got decimated by deer, turkey and Fucken gophers. Completely wiped out
