Door water leak after changing door inserts

I recently got some plastic inserts to replace the rusted out inserts in my door hinges. Of course, this involved quite a bit of hammering and having to adjust the hinges several times. Eventually got it right, but I’m noticing the plastic inserts are a touch thicker than the middle ones so it’s probably affecting the seal. At the car wash, I notice the bottom of the passenger door gets a little leak and the back right door gets one by the striker plate. Any suggestions?

doors are not adjusted right.

Took me a shit long time to get my doors adjusted right after loosening the hinges.

double check your door gap, should be even and flush to the Jeep body all around
