Don't Cry For Me Argentina

The main dining room where we had breakfast & dinner every day...I have to say that the food was outstanding

This was a fawn red deer that got separated and abandoned by its mother...the ranch took her in. It came right up to my wife...and avoided me, probably because I love venison...

Typical brown trout caught during the week. The conditions were challenging for fly fishing, with the winds in the 20-25 mph daily (one day it was 30-40 mph, which kept us off the river) and the lowest water levels in 20 years...but still caught 20-30 fish a day

This was a perch that hit a mouse pattern thrown to the bank and skittered back to the boat...it looked like a cross between a smallmouth and a walleye...

Crap...I think the photos taken by my guide may all be upside down on my phone...well, we are below the equator

I'll post the rest of the fish pics from my laptop

Typical riverside lunch while fishing...escabeche of venison, egg torta, charcuterie and copious amounts of wine & cerveza
