Will this work on my 14 Willys Wheeler factory 30 with 3.73 gears? I believe it should. And how did it hold up on your gears?

I had 4.88s on it with 35s. I also had after market shafts. Those were the weak link. Seemed the factory one held up better. But then I got a bonus so I upgraded to a 44.
