Caught the Bug
Just picked up my d44 housing. What does everyone use to plug the actuator hole on top? Freeze plug? If so what size? And what's the thread pitch of the axle locker sensor?

If I remember correctly, I use a 7/8" freeze to plug the hole. I know my local Carquest/ Advance Auto has the one I need each time.
The sensor thread pitch should be 1/4" pipe thread. I typical threaded pipe plug from most any auto parts store or hardware store will work.

4wp had a 1/4 Allen for the hole. IMG_1714.jpg

Tacked a washer onto it and going to cover it with rtv
