Cracking?

New to this whole thing and mostly broke, so I'm looking at buying this set of 35's but what I perceive to be cracks at the base of some of the tread worries me. Is this something that could cause problems???

Dry rot? Maybe they will leak air slowly. Them treads are wore down quite a bit.how much they asking

Welcome to Wayalife. Depending on how much they want for them and what the other tires look like, my main fear would be how long they would last. There's not much life left in those.

I'm not really seeing anything abnormal in these pictures other than normal wear. Just my opinion.

You didn't say Canadian. In that case, yes, decent deal.

may be too late but hope you didn't buy those tires, they are at end of life. the original sipes are worn smooth and the cracking you see at the base of some of the lugs are from the tire being so worn it's time to replace them.

as worn as they are they are priced too high - maybe 25/tire max. depending on how you use them you may get another 10k miles if you're lucky.
