Here's some pics from the new track bar relocation bracket I had welded in my Jeep JK. (The Original was no more, last owner put in something weird so I had to cut it out and make a choice on what to put there). I tried Artec originally but it was awful for my setup and didn't fit the truss like it was intended too so then I went with this one but the issue is once we got it all together that the drag link hits the stabilizer mount on the front when turning left. So, I could cut that part off, but I'm not sure exactly where to mount the stabilizer at if I do that?
There's another hole but one, I'm not sure if I can use that plus it's m14 and the stabilizer is m12 size.
The drag link I have is straight with heim joints at each end. What's my cheapest and easiest solution?
Or did I screw up and this bracket simply won't work at all?

Note: Ignore the scrib lines, that's not where the mount fits, there's a notch that it fits into to make sure it's all lined up properly, which technically it is.

I would cut the stabilizer part off. Then figure a custom way to mount the stabilizer. There's several relocation kits out. You can weld an m12 washer over that hole as well.

I saw a stud from synergy that could work but reviews say that the allen bolt strips out easily and I could put it through the hole in the bottom to avoid welding but it would only be that bolt. (I don't have a welder so I have to hire it out every time at the moment) Is there some way to reduce that bolt hole size without welding in washers?
 
I guess I could also buy an entirely new drag link that has a bend in it, but it would have to work with heim joints because my knuckles and pitman arm are all drilled out 3/4" unless I replaced those too...
 
The Synergy bolt works fine, we use it often. Being its just a stabilizer, you will be fine not having a fully welded tab.

What we always do when setting up a stabilizer, we mock up different positions and fully cycle the steering. Of course you want to make sure you are getting full left and right throw from the stabilizer/turning stops on the knuckles and account for up travel when draglink gets closer.

From your pics, the stabilizers bracket looks way too high and you have plenty of room to lower it closer to the bottom of the bracket and to the point where it will sit way more level with the tie rod.

Synergy bolt works great
Had it without removal for over 70k miles

Thank you soooo much for your help! The pics help a ton. Just another reason I'm annoying with anything Metalcloak, that's who makes this bracket cause the Artec one didn't work at all. Frustrating haha. Thanks again! :)

A little rub shouldn’t hurt anything. I couldn’t tell from the pics but worse case (if it doesn’t already) you can add an offset Heim on the knuckle side of the draglink.

I was wondering about that and how safe they are, so I'm glad you mentioned it. I think I may do that just to avoid any rub at all. Thanks again, you're always super helpful on here! Thank you to everyone else as well.

They are safe but theoretically not as strong. But you will be fine 👍🏼

And always happy to help where I can.
