Click sound at turning

Ball joints can click if they are torqued incorrectly. No telling about the Terraflex ones since very few will be using them here!

Oh, any particular reason for that?

It's been doing it even with Factory Ball Joints.

I will re-check torque on them. I appreciate it

Recent torque specs for ball joints (e.g. JL) have provided special instructions for added torque if the ball joint clicks.

Is it a repeatable noise, or just occasional?

If it does it when not moving go lay underneath and have someone turn the wheel for you.
