Campsite reserved!!!! MOAB here I come

Hell's Revenge is also very doable in your stock JK and one of my personal favorites. Going up those monumentally tall slickrock fins just has to be experienced. It's not overly difficult, it's just a blast.

Even more fun is trying to drive back out of the trail over those slick rock fins in 3wd after snapping a rear axle.... Don't me ask how I know.... (Although it really is an awesome trail)

Pritchett Canyon is impossible (IMO) in a stock Jeep. It is tough enough in a built Jeep. Refer the newbies to the easier trails. :twocents:

Went back and looked, didn't see anything about a stock jeep or a newbie, just said it's an awesome trail.

You are right, it is an awesome trail. IMO Pritchett Canyon requires advanced driving skills, an advanced rig and others to go along with you to help spot and to winch you where needed. He is new to Moab and has a 3 inch lift and 35s, so right, not stock. Moab is incredible. I am going back there in a couple of days. Can't wait. Hells Revenge, Fins and Things and Kane Creek are all good trails too. They are very scenic and challenging.

Couldn't agree more! A great spotter is a must. Keep us posted on the trails you guys all run. Can't wait to get back there! Have fun.

thanks for all the responses. yes, newbs to moab but not to driving. BUT, gonna be careful out there so I can make it back home with my DD.
It would be cool to meet up with Eddie and Cindy and others while there!

Time definitely can't go bye fast enough. I've got to much time off before the trip. 4 days for Easter and the the 14th to the 20th. Got to find something to kill the wait. Going crazy.

I just got back from a wheeling weekend in Moab this past sunday night. I might be able to join you guys next month, I live in Denver and actually have that weekend off.

Not sure how Anvil feels (this was his idea) but, I say the more the merrier.
We are reserved for tent sites at slickrockcampground.com for april 17-19

Wish I could join you guys..I'm booked solid this month with work trips in the week and personal trips on the weekends.

I just stayed there,, Slick Rock is a nice campground! They have ICE, and a store for anything you might have forgotten or need to get thru the night. Clean/hot showers too. Have a good time! And if you get the chance,, do cliff hanger. Beautiful trail!
