BUSH Winch - SEMA 2023

I know there's been a lot of haters of the Bush Winch on YouTube but I have to remind you that there's nothing new about capstan winches and this company has been around for a very long time, just in Australia. I personally think it's a neat idea and one that's worth sharing and I personally really like their ground/sand daggers. Anyway, here are a few pics of their products if you haven't already seen it on our Day 3 video.

Of course a winch would be easier to work with but this is definitely situational and a good tool for vehicles that simply don’t have the ability to mount a winch.

It’s a very functional solution though and I was actually impressed with the engineering that went into incorporating attachments for it to work like a snatch block and stuff. Very cool.

Funny thing is, some of the old military Jeeps had these permanently attached to a front wheel. So the idea has been around forever when it comes to off road vehicles.
