Brakes....

So, essentially since I've owned my JK, I have had brake issues. Collapsed lines, stuck pins, and the like. Im due for brakes again and want to just change everything. I dont need to go with a big brake kit, only running 35s. Some day I might go to 37s, but not planning to for a while.
My question is, whats a good company to go with. Pads, rotors, stainless brake hoses. Ive looked at powerstop, but their calipers are rebuild. Is it worth it to go new? Also, is there a huge difference between crown and some other company that makes stainless lines?
Once again, sorry for the dumb questions, but I'm trying to learn as much as possible.

Why are you replacing calipers? If pins are stuck, wire brush and lube addresses that normally. If you're not going bigger, just keep it basic.

Because I keep having issues with them. I'm curious now if the shop I've had work on them in the past just bought the cheapest they could find.
Im at the point of not going to a shop anymore and was thinking there was a better caliper out there.

Unless I'm carrying heavy or modding a sports car, I keep brakes on personal daily drivers as cheap as possible. They wear out, I replace. For 35s, if you upsize calipers, you'll likely have to change rotors etc.

I had a buddy years ago in the Colorado mountains with a Ford Escape. He was light on the brakes but kept warping rotors based on daily driving down the mountains. He bought the most expensive brakes he could and I did the work for him. New calipers, rotors, and pads. Within 1.5 years, rotors warped again. Just the nature of the beast.

Maybe the shop you have been going to is not a good shop? I have been guilty of returning repeatedly to a bad shop, while expecting a better outcome compared to previous visits.
