I do the same thing...cook for six when there is only two of us. A long time ago in Hawaii, we would always cook for many, cause you never knew who would drop by, usually our kids friends.

Same here. I hate mayo. I do Siracha Mayo with sushi and fish and chips and that's it. I can't stand the shit.
