Absolutely. I want to see how you as a business owner handle it. So far, you've made claims about a competitors service but haven't provided any evidence beyond Northridge not picking up a call after hours. I don't see Northridge here or anywhere making claims about your business without evidence, if they did what would you do? You are still a salesperson at the end of the day, and quite frankly fishing potential customers from a competitor by making bullshit claims is ridiculous. You mentioned margins, what do you expect? You're in distribution, you don't manufacture anything. It's a margin battle for everyone, because you aren't doing anything different. Other members can form their opinion of Northridge, but you are a business and representing yourself as one.
