Best 40" tire?

Trying to find a good set of tires in 40x13.50x17 that performs good on the street and rocks as well. Really like the nitto trail grappler but cant find any. What are your suggestions? Thanks.

The Nittos are impossible to find right now and according to my sources, no word on when they will be out for at least 2 months.

Because of this, I decided to give their parent company Toyo another try. Picked me up a set of their 40x13.50/R17's from my local Discount Tire.

We went with the MT. We used to run toyo 40x15.50s and like them a lot.

I gave up waiting on the Nittos as well, and went with the Toyo MTs,

ahhhhh... The only bolt pattern that a 40" tire should be mounted to.
