Best 2 inch lift for rock crawling

On my 98 TJ want small lift because Im going for big wheel wells to run large tires without a high lift...
Are spacers ok or will they fall out

What brand springs are garbage and what is good
I know OME is the best but a bit high

Have you looked into getting jk springs? I know there was a guy by me who did it and got around 3"
 
X2 on Cozdude's suggestion. Try getting Rubicon stock springs. We installed on a TJ and the only mod was in the rear springs with a bit of careful heating through a torch to clear the bumpstop cup. You can also use the JK shocks (they are about 2.5 to 3" longer). The rears are perfect and bolt on, the front you will need to modigy slightly. It is a greta way to recycle the old JK parts into a TJ and net a "free lift" the ride quality on the TJ was factory like, very smooth. I believe JKUR are the preferred and slightly taller of the bunch and will net close to 3".
