Axle Painting

Just did mine recently. Wire wheeled them then wiped with acetone. I use the tractor paint from tractor supply.
I have used it for years on projects and it seems more durable than rustoleam.

Those diff covers look great, I might make those one of my next purchases!

I normally hit my axles up with POR-15 semi gloss about once every year.

I just check it whenever I'm working on my jeep and hit it with satin black where it is needed.
