Anyone rebuild a Warn Zeon 10s?

That’s what I kinda thought you were saying when you said slid. The plane between the motor and the gear set were broken.
If you don’t mind, I’ve never been exposed to the bumper that you’re using. You mentioned gaining access to the winch mounts by drilling. Could you take a picture of the winch tray so we could see it?
Yeah. I’ll be working on it tomorrow night if I can get the AeroShell64 or the equivalent grease.

I’ll take pics when I do.

So I decided not to attempt drilling because it wouldn’t be a complete hole and I’d likely jack up the bumper. So the best option is to remove the sway bar from the frame and let it droop. I’ll be doing that tomorrow night

Final update: So, anyone installing a winch into the EVO quarter pounder, save yourself some trouble and just remove the four sway bar bolts at the frame. The bar and disconnect motor come down and there’s plenty of room to get a torque wrench or big wrenches in there. Just suspend the bar with a strap so you don’t pull on the wire for the disconnect motor. Easy Peezy.
