Anyone know somebody from Synergy?

My track bar/Sector Shaft Brace will not line up on the steering box bolts (other bolt holes line up perfectly). They are low and to the rear. The front 'tab' is less off than the rear. All they keep doing at customer service is telling me I need to grind the welds. She even drew a line around the already ground down welds in the picture I sent and said "these welds need to be ground", she drew over bare metal.
The bracket is NEVER going to line up. It even makes contact with the frame on its top edge. So even if it could be made to go forward, it will never go high enough.

I am getting tired of sending pictures to them and getting the same answer. I feel like I am dealing with an airline: Same stupid wrote answer!

Thanks!

Yea post up a pic.

Synergy is one of the cooler companies I’ve interacted with regarding design ideas, manufacturing, and down to earth people.

Might be something simple.

Seriously odd. I’ve spoken with Dave a few times and he’s been super cool. Even talked to me on the weekend once. Their whole team is super cool in fact.

I've never talked to Dave. Just someone I can't remember his name and Jade. And they are both dipshits.
They also take days to respond. That is why I asked if anyone knew someone there.

The first one is how I originally ground it. The latter ones are how it is now. The black mark is where I sprayed a goop of paint on the Synergy bracket so I could see where it was touching. Needless to say I could grind the entire bracket away before it would not line up. It fits around the OEM bracket where the track bar bolts on pretty tightly so it has almost no wiggle room. But Jade just keeps saying I need to grind it. (And in case anyone is wondering about the front side, I can slip a thin piece of card board in there. It isn't touching the welds. The bracket is fucked up. They don't want to own it. Or at least the idiots answering the phone don't want to. I guess I should have bought the eBay knock off for 200.00 less. At least I wouldn't be surprised by the complete lack of knowledge, customer service, or quality.

I think it would fit just fine but your OEM TB bracket looks kinda funky, like that area that “may need to be ground” is protruding out more than normal. I don’t recall mine looking like that when I did this install. What year is your JL/JT? They do have a different part number for 24+.

I believe Jeep frame dimensional tolerance is 1/4”. Feel like I saw that on a frame drawing when I was checking if my frame was bent.
