It's near Memphis. Shit hole. But still the principle of it was horrible. And now it's a flop and Ford has to restructure and hope for the best.

Yeah but its Wyoming. And that area that it is in is really beautiful. Just Memphis is the dump. $3500 around me would go in a second. It's close to double in this area for raw land compared to what I paid.
