Airlift bags fail on JLU Rubicon

I’m trying the Airlift bag solution to provide more reared stability and eliminate tow sag but haven’t had any success. I’m only inflating them to 25 psi. Here are some images that I hope may get to scenario across to you all with more detail. I hope this will spur some positive dialogue as I can’t be the only Jeep owner that deals with towing sag. The insulation I tried here is more of a thermal barrier system, much like hot rod tape. I also have 2 heat shields installed. The bag failure appears to be happening on the side facing toward the hitch receiver. I could try more tape I guess? I’m all ears.

Have you reached out to Airlift to see if they have any ideas? That company has been around forever and I'd assume they may have an idea.

that airbag looks pretty thin; how much weight are you towing?

This. You need real heat tape not whatever dollar store foil tape that is on there. And wrap the whole exhaust. Just doing pieces is rather pointless.

This is my exhaust, it dumps before the axle because of the DTD. But after the muffler, where the tail pipe is, I double wrapped it and even put dynamat on the Evap canister itself to help but not needed. The wrap alone does pretty well.

The Jeep has big ol California cats on it because it was previously registered there, so its actually quieter than I was expecting considering this muffler is only like a footlong and its freeflowing. It sounds good, Ill post a vid later. I originally had a 14" aggressive Magnaflow muffler and a cutout like Moby had, it was so quiet that all you could really hear was the intake so I didnt like it. On a new years run it got smashed and so I took the opportunity to swap it for the one in the picture above.
It would be pretty rowdy with the V6 setup though.

Here was the muffler it had, these usually sound pretty good and we use them on most 2 doors.
Most of the time, the longer the muffler the quieter it probably is. You can make as quiet or as loud as you like.
