Aftermarket sway bar

I installed the 3" enforcer and moved up the rears to the front, I'm searching for a rubicon sway bar disconnect and wondering if I'd need to get longer links to fully utilize the disconnect

Yes you most likely will need longer front links. Only way to truely tell is to cycle the suspension

Picked up the rubicon sway bar for $150, I like the idea of the on demand no limits. Does it come with a solenoid and the electrical to hook up to a switche?

Yep. Solenoid, and a switch. Also, depending on you current set up, you may need a manifold or tee off of something. I like the cool and convenience factor, but a manual will certainly suffice.
