Advice on Metal Cloak

Hey all,
Looking into Metal Cloak as a lift option. specifically the 3.5 game changer. I have some concerns im hoping some of yall might be able to answer.
  • the true dual rates have always seemed gimicky to me. My JKUR had dual rates (non-metalcloak) and i ended up replacing them with EVO plush ride. Im concerned the MC springs will be stiff as fuck.
  • are there durolast joints actually durable?
  • whats your overall customer experience with the company.

I am not a fan of MetalCloak and don’t have personal experience. Many people here don’t like them, in fact we call them MetalJoke.

I do know people that run their lifts, and their experiences are mixed. I have seen on multiple occasions control arms break in half lol. The diameter of those things were so small it was stupid. That right there was enough to keep me away, and I was looking at them to replace my AEV 2.5 lift. Also, not a fan of the color. Now my friends girlfriend runs their lift and hers, so far, is fine.

The dual rate i had before were Rancho's, not a brand I would have bought on my own. They seemed very stiff and i questioned weather or not the dual rates actually helped outside of being fully articulated. Why not go back to EVO ? Well i like to try new things, and Metal Cloaks true dual (according to Metalcloak), seems to have figured out how to do dual rates correctly.
