Adjusting MX6 shocks

Is anybody familiar with or are running these shocks and know how to adjust them? I currently have some on my 2 dr. and want to adjust them. My main question is how many settings are there and what setting is best for what I use my vehicle for? It's my daily driver as well as my trail vehicle. It's kinda rough on the road at times as well as offroad for example mainly washboard roads here in Florida.

If somebody can help out I would greatly appreciate it!!

If I recall, they have 6 adjustments and the higher you go, the firmer they get. I think you will find that you need to adjust them differently for pavement vs. off road for an better ride.
