Accent color?

So my JKU is black, and i'm keeping all the "sponsor" decals i'll add in silver like the stock Wrangler Unlimited decals on the sides.

But there are a few areas i'd like to put a colored accent (tow hooks, etc). I'm thinking red would look good, but i'm a big fan of lime green and a light blue (like the photos below). I was also thinking of spraying the tow hooks with gray primer, and using an anodized type spray, just to make it stand out a little more.

I'm not sure which would look better. Or if there are any other colors y'all think would look good, let me know! No girly colors please. lol

I think the Green would look alittle like the monster energy drink. the blue would look good but if your keeping the decals silver, i would do a gun-metal gray for the tow hooks, just my :twocents:

I'm thinking black and red. 50's style hotrod. Make the chrome pieces on the wheels red and add a few subtle red accents. I think it would look rad!

The green makes me think monster energy. Its still cool though.

The blue kinda makes me think of a gothic Smurf...haha.

Use a flat finish to make the gloss black really pop, a yellow would work good with black


If you don't push the limits how do you find them??

A buddy had all of his redone in desert tan and I think it looks great. Went to a local guy and had even the stock stickers done to match.
