New axles with steep gearing, more lift, cutting, trimming, and a hemi swap.I have a 2011 jeep jk with 35” tires on it currently, but am thinking about upgrading to 40” tires. What type of upgrades would need to get done? Already thinking about re-gearing and new axles. Anything else anyone recommends?

The 3.8 can handle 40s just fine, but it's cheaper to swap in a V8. Just trying to look out for the guy. [emoji41]What?!? I see people running 40’s on stock axles, 4” lift, and the 3.8 just laughs at it.
