If your running the same kit i am, as in RE7121 with the mono tubes you should clear 35s without any extra lift. I run 35" ridge grapplers and they stuff under my stock flares just fine. Seeing as you have flat flares already my suggestion would be to pick your tire size first, get it, and see if it rubs before you decide on spending extra on a lift. Just my opinion though.

D30 with 37s is pushing it, most people think 37s with d44 is cutting it close and even pushing it.
