2022 Jeep Gladiator Rubicon

I'm starting to bounce around the idea of ditching the stock Rubicon sliders and upgrading to either EVO bolt ons or LoD Destroyers. Does anyone have experience with either of them. They both come from reputable brands and look very solid. It's easy to see the difference in them. I'm just looking for general experience and how you like them.

LoD Destroyer seems very nice on my 2-door JL. If a 4 door then perhaps something more stout if you plan to do serious rock crawling. Sliders which work well as a step won't hold up as well on rocks.

I've got LOD sliders on the JKU and had them on the JLU (before knee replacements) they were great.

Personally, I'd prefer the step on the Destroyers and would have ordered those if they were available at the time.

I’m almost done moving to my new place. I have my garage set up and I’m looking forward to working on the Jeep. It’s been a workhorse hauling stuff.

I decided to relax a bit so I picked up a Solo Stove Mesa XL and it’s a nice little table top fire pit. I like that I can use the same Kirkland pellets that I use in my Traeger.

I got my new bumper installed today. It’s so much nicer than my old one. I also flipped the sway bar disconnect motor. Boy, that one winch bolt was a real bitch to get in.

I also received the LED DRLs today. Thanks @Ddays. I’ll get around to installing them sometime.

The weather has been pretty mild here in the PNW, so I installed an ARB fridge wiring kit in the bed of the truck.

I installed it because I found a deal on a used Dometic CFX3 55im that was too good to pass up. I'm looking forward to using it... No more ice! It is missing the baskets and ice trays, but that is fine.

I have the same fridge for a few years now. You’ll be happy with it.

That's awesome to hear. I'm currently looking at power stations to run it while I'm camping. My friend was suggesting a dual battery setup in the truck and I shot that one down. I'm trying to keep it nice and simple.
