2013 JK, Stalling and not starting for 5-10 minutes

Sounds like a fuel pressure problem. I have not studied the Jeep fuel system, but had similar problems with my 1999 Honda Accord. Failing fuel pump was the problem.
 
Something is bleeding off fuel pressure. Regulator, pump, etc... Have not studied the fuel system on my jeep, guessing it is a returnless system. I would pack analog gauge with me and when this happens, spin it on and see if it is building pressure. I'm sure the fuel rail has a schrader valve to attach a gauge.
 
might be fuel pump over heating. Had this happen in my tj. When fuel level was low. As soon as pump would cool off it would refi
