2013 JK Sahara randomly shuts off when idling.

It’s not constant but every once in a while she will bog down for a second periodically and when I come to a complete stop or when idling in Park it will shut off. Need some ideas of what to check cause I’m stumped. Thanks in advance guys!

Ever figure it out?

It’s a long shot I’m sure reviving this post but, did you ever find out what’s going on? I have. 2013 JKUR and it does the same thing as you described every once in a while (could be months or days apart from each instance)
 
Maybe the cam or crankshaft sensor is bad? I had similar issues with mine and replaced and turned out just fine now. Very simple replacement as well. 2013 3.6 was on the passenger side, one bolt to remove, unplug sensor and replace. Simple as heck!
