Yes, you read that right!!! I am giving some thought into turning my JKUR into a 2 door resembling a LJ! What are your guys thoughts? I really wanted to get an old 2 door unlimited. Here's some ideas/ pics I found..

First (photoshopped) what it would look like if had the sheet metal done permanent.

And another thought was to run rear half doors all the time, with fills up front (even with hard top)

I think it be great to have a 2 door JKUR!!! Let me know your thoughts guys!

^^ similar to that.. I even searched the forum before I posted, and didn't find that! I'll prolly start with the rear half doors before I go all in and seal up the space where the rear doors are. Only difference is those are stretched 2 doors (10" stretch).

Anything is possible with the right coin. I like the concept and i've seen a few very well built 2dr. stretches but a 4dr converted into a 2dr. that'd be different

BTW, are you running Windows XP

^^ that's the work computer... They WON'T upgrade us from XP!

I like the 2 door stretches, but that's got to be a lot of $$ . Figure sealing in the rear doors would be a lot... A LOT cheaper.

Caught the Bug
Kustom Koach Works "starts at"10k for the conversion. They typically stretch a 2 door but can also shrink a 4 door if you already have one. Gets $$$ fast.
