My 08 JKU was spitting fuel when filled.
Discovered a Warranty item for it from Jeep so I took it to a authorized Jeep dealer in Castle Rock, CO.
They replaced the part under warranty. I went to fill tank down the street from the dealer, wouldn't accept ANY gas, just backed out. Which was drastically worse then before. I took it back, they kept it for a week and couldn't figure it out.
So out of frustration I said hell no and picked it up. I took it to a independent mechanic who within 5 mins discovered what the authorized jeep dealer had done. They installed the inlet valve upside down allowing no fuel in.
All ok now.
