The ACT clutch was just brought to market in the past couple months I think. They posted a lot of videos to youtube, breaking down the internals of the stock clutch as well as going over their design.

Reviving this old sidebar discussion, I just got an ACT JP5-HDSS clutch installed yesterday. I really like it. It has good feedback, has normal pedal effort, and it got rid of the herky-jerky nature my jeep had at low rpm in first gear. I should have made a change sooner.

Installed the arb single compressor using the acm mount and heat shield Installed jks swaybar quick disconnects and a 2-dr rubicon takeoff suspension on my jl sport. That gave it about an inch lift in the front, inch and a half in the rear. Also installed the mopar stubby bumper.

I’ve got nothing. They don’t even appear in the radio settings. It’s like the jeep no longer sees the switches. Fuses are fine.

I ordered the jeep from factory with the switch panel and they’d previously light up. I haven’t tried setting them up through my radio - just assumed since they were hot before that they’d stay hot. I do have a taser though too…

Hey everybody, could use some help - I just finished installing my arb air compressor using Eddie’s ACM and having watched his video on the gladiators install. Everything went smooth until I tried to test it out, and now none of my aux switches are working, never was able to really test it out...

Alright, I took the spare off and loosened the T55 torx bolts on the tailgate. While I had it slightly propped up, I torqued it back at 35 ft-lbs and closes about 90% better. The vertical alignment is corrected but I think the latch may need some minor adjustment still, but I can’t see any...

I’m thinking maybe the factory didn’t torque the bolts enough if this is supposed to be able to carry 33s…

So on my new JL sport, I recently swapped my stock sport wheels / tires for some rubicon takeoffs, but with the added weight of the spare my tailgate sags about 1/4” so I have to pull up on it to close the tailgate. I know I don’t need the mopar tailgate reinforcement kit just to fit a stock...
