Switching from Bestop Trektop NX to Rampage Trailview Soft Top

Well this WAS a pretty detailed description of why I was going to try a Rampage Trailview Frameless Soft Top after I destroyed (mostly) my Trektop NX top in safari mode on the highway yesterday. Sadly I walked away from my laptop without being completely finished with the post and my daughter...

EVO Trail Table and Tuffy Security Deck Enclosure

Does anyone know if there is any issue with using both of these together? I just ordered the Tuffy and am also wanting the Trail Table but not sure if they'll work together or not. Thanks in advance.

Sometimes a little comment from your kid is all that it takes to make you feel good.

So my family was driving down the road yesterday in our Grand Cherokee Limited and a stock JKUR in Deep Cherry Red Crystal Pearl Coat (seriously could Jeep have not come up with an easier name for my JK's color?) drove by. It looked just like our JK when we bought it. My 10 year-old daughter...

Has anyone stored their doors in their room in the Holiday Inn Express in Moab?

My girls are finally old enough that I trust them without the doors on the JK. Anyone stored their doors in the HI Express in Moab? Just curious.

Here's something you don't see every day: Dan Mick getting winched up Hell's Gate.

Love to know the back story here. Apparently you need all four wheels to go four wheeling. Here's the direct link because some have said that the video isn't working on their mobile devices: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P_oDu9MdOnM

    Drone pilot recommendations for Christmas.

Hey, guys. I know there is a fairly large contingent of RCers here on Wayalife but I was curious if there are any drone pilots. I've always wanted to get one but haven't because I really don't need another hobby. Now I have a good excuse to get one. My daughter has asked for one for...

Tumes younhave actually utilized your Hi Lift jacks?

So while I know that the jack makes a great recovery tool and people HAVE used them as an actual jack for their vehicles, I know that for many others it's one of those "have it juuuuust in case" items that might never be used in a lifetime of wheeling. So I'm curious to hear from those for...

Okay JK tech gurus, time to fire up your crystal balls for me.

This is really going to seem like a ridiculous question to ask via the internet but I am on the off chance that someone will say, "Hey I had that exact thing and it was this" before I take it in to get looked at. Today I had the JK out (2013 JKUR, auto, 3" Enforcer on 35s with King shocks so...

How to remove the rear LED lights from EVO rear corner skins.

So I have developed a sound in the area of my right rear quarter panel when the suspension is experiencing high amplitude/low frequency motion. Like during crawling or when backing out of a driveway with a good angle between the drive and the street. Something that really loads up the right...

Looking for a recent thread about storage bins that fit well in the back of the JKU.

I thought I had subscribed to it but apparently not. The thread was about some really nice looking storage bins that fit well in the back of the JKU with lids that clamped to the bin itself. If anyone remembers that thread or can just remind me what those bins were, I'd appreciate it. My old...

EVO tire carrier and EVO Hi-Lift jack carrier.

Is anyone running this combination and, if so, would you mind posting up a pic or two? With the rear gate open and closed would be great. ORE's site says that using the two together will limit gate opening somewhat. Thanks in advance.

    Where time comes from.

Here is an interesting look at where the time we all take for granted comes from. Your smartphones, GPS, etc., all get their time here. http://youtu.be/MfV_vV0sGlo

Need some advice from coffee snobs (or anybody that has mastered at-home brewing).

I've gotten tired of the mediocre (on a good day) coffee my Keurig makes me. I love the convenience but just not the flavor or quality anymore. So I've been looking for a new drip coffee maker that can approach some of the better restaurant coffees (I place Dunkin' Donuts coffee as a...

    American Honey Sting

For those of you Wayalifers that enjoy the occasional shot glass of American Honey, I would like to recommend to you the newest iteration: American Honey Sting. It's American Honey infused with Ghost Chili Pepper. When you first take a sip it tastes like regular Honey and then the heat and...

    Bristol Head, Colorado

So even before my two JKs I have always enjoyed off/back-road adventures. My dad got me started early in life by dragging my family and I on some truly ridiculous roads in Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, etc... in a 1970s conversion van. As I look back it's actually pretty frightening some of the...

Has anyone purchased an extended warranty through www.chryslerwarrantys.com?

My 3 year/36,000 mile warranty is almost up (like really soon) on my 2013 JKUR. I guess the first question is that is it worth the ~$1700 for an 8 year extended warranty considering I am planning on things for the Jeep that will make warranty work questionable (my local dealer seems pretty...

    Gone Girl.

If you have not read the book I highly recommend this movie. I needed a Xanax by the end. I sort of felt like I needed to go to church afterwards but man was it full of twists. Plus Emily Ratajkowski is in it so there's that to recommended it too.
