Is it a repeatable noise, or just occasional? If it does it when not moving go lay underneath and have someone turn the wheel for you.

Not sure who if any make a one piece axle shaft for that side. The factory inner axle shaft seemed pretty beefy when I had mine apart. I haven’t heard of anyone breaking one yet either
