About the only thing Fire dozer operators are good at is being crazy. No one said they're good at driving them....haha. Most operators, especially CAL-Fire have very limited experience and training on how to operate them. They're given a couple week Dozer academy and then sent out.

Same thing happened in the Cajon pass years ago. CHP stopped traffic and left motorists with no where to go so they left their vehicles on the freeway and walked up. Had they just let them pass none of it would have happened.
