Alright well if the sub were 2 ohm I'd say run the 5 channel by itself. You need to find out for sure If you can bridge a 4 channel down to 1 channel safely. I don't think you can, if you can I'd run the 4 channel into the sub because you'll get more power from it at 4 ohms than you will the 5...
