JT Gladiator rear triangulated long arm.

I've seen a JT with a custom fab double triangulated rear. It was sweet, but a lot of work went into it including relocating the gas tank. I like how the geometry helps steer the rear up on walls and obstacles. Personally I don't see many JT's get wheeled hard enough to benefit. Pretty sure...

PSC Big Bore Box Flex? Keep breaking bolts...

The first time it happened, I also noticed the two bolts closest to the bumper were way too long. I added quite a few spacers. Maybe that made them weaker? I have the synergy bracket and hardware kit on the way so bolt length should not be an issue anymore. The threads could be damaged. The...

    Ken Block dead at 55

Such sad news. He was an icon. Funny enough he is actually what got me into Jeeping in a round about way. I got into drifting as a teenager watching his videos. After lots of fun and on the brink of losing my license; I sold my drift missile and bought a my first TJ. Been hooked ever since!

PSC Big Bore Box Flex? Keep breaking bolts...

The JL is on a relatively fresh build (finished in October.) Since then I have had constant issues trying to keep the steering box attached to the frame. Ever since the first trail, I noticed the bolts were backing out. I liberally applied loctite thinking that would rectify the issue. I have...

Rubicon Take Off’s /Lug Nut Question

I sold mine with 25k on them for $600 and it took months to find a buyer. I guess it depends on the area. I think most people around here are going bigger and aftermarket, so there's a surplus of stock wheels sitting around 😂

Where did your Jeep take You this Week?

You're in NM right? I've always wanted to check out the crawling around Farmington. Hoping to make a trip out there this fall or winter. My JL build should be down early september. It's about 5hrs from me, but it looks like it would be worth the trip. Any trails you would recommend?

Where did your Jeep take You this Week?

It's my new favorite in that whole area. Very glad I stumbled upon it! It reminded me of Calamity Mesa but even better.

You just never know what you may run across in the desert 😂

Where did your Jeep take You this Week?

It's in that general area. The scenery is insane, and it has switchbacks kind of like black bear pass. They were actually really sketchy when I was up there because there had been a bunch of rain that week and the soil was super soft. I stumbled upon it near the Dolores River on the Utah side...

    Breaking the bead on beadlocks

Yeah, I've been known to do that. I had some spare tires in the guestroom for a while too. Let's just say the wife and especially the in-laws were not amused :ROFLMAO: 🙃

    Breaking the bead on beadlocks

X2 on the bead buster. Someone on this forum recommended it to me a year ago. I was hesitant to spend the $$$. Totally worth it though. Makes life so much easier. The HD especially of you'rw working with big tires.

Best Place to live for Jeepers

I've based most places I've lived around this question. Here's my top 3 in no particular order. 1. Western Slope of CO- you have easy access to Moab, the San Juan's, some hard-core crawling in Montrose ie. Die Trying, Calamity canyon etc. Also some great trails in the Grand Junction area. Also...

Where did your Jeep take You this Week?

It's super cool! A lot of very remote and seldom used trails to explore.

Rubicon Take Off’s /Lug Nut Question

That's nuts for takeoffs! As others have said, I usually see them in my area for 500 or less. Personally, if it was me looking for a wheel/tire upgrade in that price range, I would go aftermarket. You can get something even better looking in my opinion.

Picked up a high millage v10

Haha yeah, I can mostly see. Things get dicey at night, especially if I'm backing up. I probably won't notice the honda I run over anyways 🙃

Picked up a high millage v10

Just picked this F250 up with 226k on it. It seems to run pretty well but time will tell. It's got some mods of questionable taste. Spikey valve caps and license plate hardware. Those will be in the trash soon enough! Some lift blocks that are on the extreme side of sketch. We also can't forget...

    You're Doing It Wrong

I'm up in Ouray and Telluride on the trails about every other weekend. As the Saun Jaun's have steadily become a disneyland type attraction, the fails are more and more prevalent. Here's some pics from the same day on the same trail about a 1/4 mile apart lol. This brand new F150 is certainly...

High Clearence Bumper & Sway Bar Recommendations

That's good to know with the sway bar. I hated the torsion style both on and off road. I have been enjoying the hell out of the OE disconnect. It's definitely not worth losing my factory sway bar for marginally better clearance. Looks like the 1/4 pounder is the way to go! At first, I wasn't...
