So far just jumped up to 38” and beadlocks. Still need ball joints and a tire carrier. Hopefully axle upgrade next year, that is if the first two things don’t make that a necessity sooner.
Oh yeah and a rear main seal I believe.
35 BFG KO2s for the moment, just ordered a set of 37 Coopers yesterday. Usually air down to about 12 with no beadlocks. Apparently that was too low on our last outing, multiple bead breaks from sliding down into ruts.
Just ordered the jump pack that is on the WAYALIFE Amazon store. It’s $40 off on a lightning deal at the moment. Too bad you can only buy one at that price

It was only $20 off regular price, $40 off list price. Still a good deal I think
I guess once you get the old carrier out, you’ll have to measure the opening for the bearings and get in a bearing catalog and try to match up the size.
Well ARB uses the same locker for front and rear Dana 44s. Another issue I see is the shaft size on rubicon vs non rubicon. Rubicon shafts are 1.5” and 35 spline and non rubicon are 1.31” and 30 spline. But that should be fine as long as you get the larger shafts.
The only front locker for a Jeep JK I see in their catalog is for the Dana 30. All of the Dana 44 options I see say for the rear. I don’t know if a locker for a rear 44 would work on a front 44.
