    Hi from Nevada

Welcome to Wayalife and the world of Jeep off-roading. There are quite a few knowledgable and helpful people on here.

    Yukon front diff cover

I am not familiar with the Yukon Differential covers, but if it was just that, I would question the work that was completed on the fill of the differential fluid. Clearly it was overfilled. Maybe a call to Yukon to see if the capacity changed with the different cover? The problem will...

    Chasing noise

I would think that you are fine then. The photo, for some reason, only shows about 2 teeth, and from what I can tell, it looks like a good pattern to me. As for the noise, all I can say is, welcome to the wonderful world of Jeeping.

    Chasing noise

Do you have any photos after applying gear marking compound? Maybe the gears themselves are not meshing correctly? What kind of pattern are you seeing? Sometimes the noise is normal and the gears will wear in, but it could be indicating a bigger problem in which your gears might not be wearing...

    Which EVO lift?

    Do what you must.

    Which EVO lift?

Nope, not me. But thank you for the warm welcome Adam.

    Which EVO lift?

I have only purchased one lift kit and that was from EVO MFG. I have no regrets. They have thought of everything... with the exception of installation. While I had the work done by professionals at Off Road Evolution, I have installed other modifications from EVO MFG and it can provide any...

Why are the Stars and Stripes Always Flying at Half Staff?

You are not alone Eddie. I cannot figure it out myself also. My wife was asking the same thing the other week and yeh, it seems they should just double the height of all flag poles and create a new normal. That way the flag can fly at proper height again. Don't get me started about burning flags.

    Tire Carrier -

I had the GenRight carrier and it was mounted on the body. Not very sturdy so I went over to the EVO MFG tire carrier. I can seriously have off that carrier without worry and it also helps protect the rear passengers in the awful event of a rollover.

Evo hinged carrier vs evo body mounted

Do you suspect that the same thing would have happened had you done the same route with the EVO body mounted carrier?

Evo hinged carrier vs evo body mounted

Sounds like you got everything figured out. Good luck with the hinged carrier and let us know your thoughts after you have used it for awhile. Sent from my iPhone using WAYALIFE mobile app

ProRock 44 Pinion nut torque and pre-load specs

Heylo, So I notice that my front pinion yoke has a bit of play side to side (the pinion itself is fine). I have the Dynatrac ProRock 44 running 5.38 gears which is coupled to a JE Reel 1350. So I need to retighten the pinion nut. Does anyone know what the general range is for the pinion nut...

EVO MFG Tire Carrier still rattles, what am I missing?

Hey everyone. So I have had the EVO MFG Tire carrier mounted on the EVO MFG Rear Corner Rockskins for about 8 months now. Unfortunately, the tire carrier still rattles. I have tried the offset on the pin side in which the tire carrier is essentially twisted to provide force against the opposing...

    Carry A Snatch Block !

It is great when you get to use your equipment, confirming and supporting your decision in making that kind of investment. I would always question the money I spent on something until I actually used the safety recovery equipment and lockers and after their usage, thank god that I went that...
