as @cozdude stated, 4-wheel drive does this, worse in 4-low both axles locked (front axle locked), not so bad with only rear axle locked...

Your lockers being on is the problem. Your tires are trying to spin at the same speed and turning is what is causing the binding.

Are you trying to turn with the lockers engaged?
