I have a 2012 with 85k on it and it sounds like the passenger side is ticking and I think it is getting worse over time. I can really hear it good with the doors off or if I'm driving beside a wall. Is this normal for these motors or something more serious

I picked up a basically stock 2012 JKU on 11/28/15 for an extremely good price. It is a highly optioned 6 Speed Sport model and was basically a soccer mom transporter so it was spotless. This is how it looked when I picked it up and towed it 4 hrs back home. (The tahoe towed it great actually)...
