Pcv is a one way check valve. You should be able to blow air thru it only one way.

have you checked the oil cooler valley? flashlight will reflect the oil or as in this pic, I slide a long zip tie down along the fill neck

Easiest thing to check would be tire condition and balance. “Cupped” tires can cause a vibration at speed if bad enough. Out of balance...
