Odd tag left on new Rubicon HR

This was still attached to the transfer case (?) with a rubber band. I'm not really disturbed by the fact it was left on there, but the "mediocre face" and "sad face" emoticons are not inspiring confidence. Anyone know what's up with this?

That is a bit strange but given its laminated I'd say it's a build sheet. Might be using symbols instead of numbers to make it easier to read quickly?

Masonic Bingo? Lol. Yeah, looks like it's something to help bridge the English/Spanish language barrier, but the symbols crack me up. If found it because I started hearing a squeaky noise at 25-45 mph like a loose heat shield, etc., but unfortunately the tag was not the source. So I guess I should insert my own "" here since I'll have to take it to the dealer to track down the noise.
