Hi guys,
I'm new here but thought I better put up a build thread. Hoping this is the right spot. Also from Australia
So about a year ago I bout this virtually stock 2011 manual JKU with 120,000km on the clock

So this is how I got it.
Then the next day it got bar work, the wheels painted and the grille plasti dipped.

So then it looked a little something like that.
After that it was time for the snorkel and then the light bar.

Then I figured after all this I better give it a spin off-road and see how it goes.

It performed extremely well but it was far from finished so after that it was time for a lift.

So this is with synergy 3.5" springs and terra flex 9550 shocks, extended brake lines, synergy high steer kit, synergy front bump stop extensions and custom made rears. But unfortunately I decided that the springs were a bit high so I picked up some some teraflex 2.5" springs and cycled them in with half inch coil spacers and also got some new hankook all terrain tyres on 16x8 streetlock wheels.

Then I decided that it was going to get TWF bead locks and 37's so it was time for some flat flares and more synergy steering parts.

And then the 37's went on.

And then a brake upgrade but sadly life got in the way and the 37's God to be sold so the trusty old hankooks went back on.

Then it was time to sort out my caster up front so some synergy lower control arms went in.

Then came the time to get rid of those terrible teraflex shocks, so in went some fox evolutions to suit a 6" lift.
Apparently the bump stops are the perfect size.

Since then I've just been driving it and saving up for some 60's and all the other gear I'm going to need to step up to 40's.
Also had some spare time so managed to knock up a set of rock sliders.

That's it for now. Will be starting a swing away tire carrier build soon.
Thanks for looking.
