Hell's half acre Idaho

Wheeling in the Hell's Half Acre lava flow near Shelly Idaho today. Awesome day and this trail is one of my favorites near home. Some of the shots are of my rig and some of my friend's rig who went with me today.

Went up to the Sunflower Mine with three friends from work. It was a pretty cool day but we weren't able to find the main processing structures that were listed in the guide books but we did make it to the mine structure.

Sandstone Canyon Berrego Springs CA

As of last weekend there is a big rock blocking Sandstone Canyon, so you need to walk the last bit to see the good stuff. This was not the case a couple of weeks ago.

Long ass day - put 600 miles on Gruff. :driving:
Left at 6:00 AM to go to Erie to pick up parts for a customer and this guy followed me on the way up...

Delivered parts to contractor working at Presby Hospital in Pittsburgh only to find that they wouldn't work.
Drove back up to Erie to get different parts and then back down to the hospital. Another shadow kept pace on the way down...

Made it back to the hospital at 7:00 this evening. Can't complain too much though. Gotta keep the customers happy!

Tabby's Canyon to the top of Stansbury Island on the Great Salt Lake. Afterward we found two nearby Airway Beacons. #57 & #59. Looks like you located some more of the concrete arrows! Was there a beacon tower associated with them?

No towers. Only some remnants at the base where it was mounted in the cement. Lots of broken glass. Small flecks of yellow and red paint, but nothing distinguishable. Both were just minutes off of I-80 and easily accessible in a jeep.
