Guess how much we got up here? ?? ZERO. Weather forecasters told us we would have 7 inches and blizzard force winds. We got nothing. I guess that's why they make the big bucks.

We got some rain and wind last night here. Love the Colorado weather forecasts... somewhere between 2 and 20 inches. Still wouldn't live anywhere else! Only place you can have snow one day and a tornado the next.

I haven't taken the JK but my favorite is Spring Creek near Georgetown.

After my buddies XJ got him free he turned around and went home.

First time I went. I paid $750 for that blue XJ

These were the tires on it, yes we made it though it took a long time and avoided as many obstacles as we could.

Got 16" of wet snow last night. Folks above us have their road plowed. Long story short, the plow got stuck and the JK jerked him out of the ditch.:yup:

Nice. I always see the Jeep community around here helping out when people get stuck. It's cool.

Yup! Hoping cabin should close in the next three weeks. I know just bought the place and did a ton of Shit to it. It has been my favorite home and neighborhood!...so far!

Awesome, good luck there Brother! Colorado is still on of my favorite places I have lived. I lived in Colorado Springs for about 4 years. Lots of fishing, lots of places to go explore, and being a car guy, I loved always seeing so many Ferraris, Lambos and such driving around. I've been to Pueblo many times, Colorado is a great state to live in! [emoji106]

Is 550 plowed all the way from Durango/Silverton to Ouray? I have always wondered if Silverton and Ouray "shut down" during winter.

What I've been told is that it's hit-and-miss. They will open it between Ouray and Silverton when they can. The folks in Ouray pretty much just relay on taking 550 North out of town to Montrose for supplies

Ohok. I haven't gone that far north before. I presume Montrose is a bigger (better-equipped/suppied) town compared to Silverton hence going there?

As a 20+ year resident of CO I just shuttered at this drive. I have done it in the winter in my old job in the brewery industry.
